Meet Esther
I went into career coaching to help the many smart, capable girls that I interviewed who had no idea what they were good at, or what would make them happy at work. They were talented, but they couldn't articulate their strengths.
And so they fumbled - first on their interviews, and then in the jobs they chose.
In my work as Director of People at Wilhelm, I see firsthand the importance of tapping into people’s core personalities and strengths to give them the positions and environments that they need to excel. The risk takers, methodicals, creative thinkers and followers each have a part to play.
